About the event
A nourishing retreat day filled with aromatherapy, good food, with a very gentle walk to see the local views, followed by relaxing yoga.
This day will give you the opportunity to learn how to blend essential oils, with their properties & uses. Then to make your own personalised blend to take home.
Lunch will be at the lovely Farm Table Restaurant at Darts Farm. (Lunch and table water is included in the price).
We will then go for a gentle walk after lunch around Darts Farm, before heading over to Kiva & Zen for our afternoon aroma yoga relaxation.
The whole day is curated to nourish your mind and soul. With a goodie bag to go home with so the nourishment doesn't have to stop when you leave!

Ticket for the full day retreat, morning of aromatherapy blending & creativity, lunch at the farm table restaurant & gentle aroma yoga in the afternoon.

This ticket is for the extended gentle yoga practice with aromatherapy. The yoga will be roughly 90 minutes long, will be slow and nourishing, with soft supported positions and an extra long shavasana to finish. All props and mats included,

Ticket for the morning aromatherapy workshop only - 11.30am till 1.30pm - you'll learn basic aromatherapy & get to try blending from a choice of over 40 essential oils, to make a roller, bath salts and scrub.
