Benefits of having a massage day in your office include, improvements in staff mental wellbeing, reduction in stress & tension within the work place, increasing productivity & reducing sick days.

All prices include travel, equipment, hypoallergenic oils & set up time.

Massages available vary from hands & wrists to upper body.

Massage is performed over clothes unless a private space is provided where I can set up a full massage table, otherwise I will bring a massage chair.

Massage style varies from relaxing to remedial & deep tissue depending on what your staff need.

Corporate retreat days can be made up of a variety of activities.

£50 secures the date and timings, with no further obligation to the company to pay any more.
