Classes & Workshops

Styles of Yoga

A flow style of yoga, that is creative in nature, Rosie creatively blends movements, to encourage the body to naturally spiral and stretch.

Rosie's vinyasa classes, often start with gentle breath work, followed by warming up all the joints before exploring where our bodies want to move on that occasion.

Most of Rosie's classes are vinyasa, and are structured so that they are accessible for the majority of people, whether beginner or not.

Vinyasa Flow

Possibly Rosie's favourite yoga practice, both personally & professionally.

Yin is the art of holding a passive pose for 3-5 minutes. Rosie prefers these to be supported with bolsters and props to ease muscle tension further, promoting full relaxation.

Yin Yoga

The one with the balls!

Focusing on fascia which is the 'stuff' that knits us all together, gets tight, holds tension, and generally works pretty hard.

This class or workshop, teaches the techniques, movements and pressure points to help release it.

You are always in control here, so the amount of pressure or tension release you feel is always within your control.

While it may feel like no pain, no gain, you'll walk way feeling the difference.

Myofascial Release

A fiery fun mix of vinyasa flow with pilates core focus and repetition. These classes start with breath work, and gently warm up the body. The main part of the class is built on a full range of core focused exercise, with either yoga flow or holds built in to break up the repetition & cool things off.

No two classes are the same, so you will always get something out of each session.
